When something is not right
When something is not right or you’re not satisfied with the services or materials we provide, please call us so
we can make it right.
It’s rare but possible for some plants to not survive transplanting after a few days or weeks. If this happens,
we’ll replace them for free. Call us early so we can try to help restore the original plants. We focus on providing
the best durable materials you will enjoy for years to come. It is also rare, but possible that some manufactured
materials may be defective. If they are, we will replace them for free.
When something isn’t quite right with the landscaping Mountain Paradise has provided that is of concern, please
call us to see what we can do to make it right.
We cannot guarantee or insure against acts damaging of nature, such as high winds, heavy rain, and hail, that
may damage your landscaping. Unstable soil from long term settlement not constructed by Mountain Paradise
and erosion from storms or man-made issues are also not covered. We also cannot insure against acts of abuse,
vandalism, or neglect that might impact your landscaping. If some of these unfortunate things do occur, please
call us so we can advise and help on how to restore your landscaping in the best and least-expensive manner.
Ground movement or settlement can have a negative impact on your hardscaping and landscaping. For instance
block walls can crack and tilt, and poured concrete can develop hairline to wider cracks. While Mountain
Paradise prepares the surrounding ground for installation with tamping, footings, reinforcements, and other
methods, we cannot always detect and prevent larger settlement caused by improper lot preparation, large-scale
shifting soil, or nearby water flow that might undermine lot stability. In these cases we may suggest other
installations that are more tolerant to shifting soil conditions such as pavers and alternative fencing. Talk to us
about concerns you may have about lot settlement issues and options to create more robust hardscaping and
landscaping.
Agreements and payments
David from Mountain Paradise Landscaping will work with you to define and design your landscaping project
then provide a verbal and written estimate. Depending on the complexity of the job and what is agreed upon,
this may also include landscape drawings or other layout documents. Some or all of these documents may be
signed upon agreement as a contract to proceed with work.
Upon agreeing and signing the documents, half of the estimated funds are due to reserve Mountain Paradise
Landscaping and begin work. Upon completion of the work, the remaining half of funds are due to Mountain
Paradise Landscaping.
Mountain Paradise Landscaping accepts cash, check, and major credit cards.
